At Adidas, I led the development of the Automated Content Engine and Virtual Studio, a creative production tool leveraging photogrammetry and real-time 3D to digitize branded product-in-context photography. This internal toolset empowered marketing, creative, and UX teams to generate high-volume, photorealistic product content for eCommerce, traffic routing, and A/B testing. By streamlining the 3D creation process into a self-service platform, we eliminated traditional barriers, enhancing speed, reducing costs, and increasing production capacity. The virtual studio facilitated on-demand virtual photo shoots, significantly improving production efficiency and creative possibilities. The project resulted in a substantial uplift in content effectiveness and led to the development of an automated, scalable pipeline for enhanced eCommerce images and videos.
